I forgot my password. How can I access my account? 

If you've previously created an account, select the Profile icon link at the top of the page. On the Login page, click the link that says “Forgot Your Password?” Look for an email with the subject line:"Customer account password reset," and follow the directions.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Tonia DeBellis email or contact our Customer Service team.

 



ORDERING

Where is my order?

You will receive an automated email with tracking information when your order is shipped. If you do not receive this email, or have a question about the status of an order, please contact Customer Service.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible; therefore, orders may not be cancelled or edited after 24-hours, or on weekends and holidays. If you need to cancel or edit an order contact Customer Service within 24 hours. If you contact our Customer Service team after the 24-hour period, you will need to submit a Return Request. How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Read our Shipping Policy for further information.

Will I be charged for a product that did not ship?

No, you are only charged products that have shipped.

Will I receive a notification or a tracking number when my order ships?

When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service.

How do I find an authorized Tonia DeBellis boutique?

We have several dealers throughout Canada, the United States, and worldwide. Use our store locator to find one nearest you.

Does Tonia DeBellis sell products on Amazon or Ebay?

Authentic Tonia DeBellis products can only be found at participating locations, the Tonia DeBellis flagship store, or ToniaDeBellis.com.

What if I can't find a product, or the product I want is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, contact Customer Service to request a notification as soon as that product or size is available. Our team will also check for your requested product(s) at official Tonia DeBellis boutiques in your local area.

What is the Tonia DeBellis price adjustment policy?

We do not offer credits or refunds for price adjustments and will not price match competitors or dealers.

Can I buy a Tonia DeBellis gift card?

Yes! Gift Cards are available for purchase on our website. Click here to learn more.

Where do I enter a promotion code?

Once you add items to your shopping cart, you will be asked to enter your promo code on the Payment Page prior to completing checkout. Be sure your code has been applied before submitting your order.

How do I place a wholesale order?

If you are not already a Tonia DeBellis dealer, you will need to first submit the form on our Become a Dealer page. We will respond to your request within 5-7 business days. If you already have a Dealer Account, use the Dealer Login to access your customer order form.

How do I order for curbside pickup?

The “Local Pickup” option allows you to order online, and pickup at our Flagship location. Once you complete a transaction, directions to the Tonia DeBellis Studio will be emailed to your address with an order confirmation. Studio pickups are available Monday-Friday, 11am-4pm EST (excluding holidays).

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for regular priced items. Sale items and Non-Medical Masks are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange. To return an item, complete our online Returns form within 30 days. Returns that exceed the 30-day limit will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Returns must be clean and undamaged with original tags and packaging. Once received and inspected, our Customer Service team will send you a store credit or refund confirmation. Allow 5-7 business days after delivery to process order.

Will taxes & duties be applied to my order?

All orders that originate from toniadebellis.com ship from Toronto, Canada. No duties will be charged for orders to the United States under $800 USD (the limit for duty free trade). No duties or taxes are applied to orders shipped within Canada. Orders subject to Customs Duties, Tariffs, VATs and other fees are the responsibility of the customer — even if shipment is refused upon delivery. Be sure to check with your customs office if you plan to deliver outside of the United States, Canada, or the EU. Some banks apply a transaction fee on debit card transactions. Please check with your banking institution if you see an additional fee applied.
