RETURNS

 

RETURN POLICY

  • We accept returns within thirty (30) days of purchase on regular priced items.
  • All sale items are final sale.
  • If you would like to return an item, please email orders@toniadebellis.com, within 30 days from the date of receiving your order and include your order # in the subject. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn, free of odours, stains, pet hair and must have the original packaging and tags to be intact. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once received and inspected, we will issue you with a store credit or refund based on confirmation. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing once your package is delivered.

 REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

  • For any items returned outside the 30-day window, refunds are no longer applicable. For items returned between 30-60 days, a store credit will be offered. No refunds or store credits can be offered on items outside the 60-day window.
  • Orders are processed within a few hours of receipt. If you need to cancel or change an order, you must make any changes within 2 hours of your order time otherwise your order might already be packed and ready to ship or already in transit. 
  • Tonia DeBellis can only accept returns of product bought directly from our studio or online store. We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased at any other retail or online location for any reason. All returns must be made at the store where the garment was originally purchased. The return policy of that retailer will apply.
  • Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs/duties/taxes for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

  • If you would like to exchange for another size, style or colour, place a new order on our website. Prepare your return shipment and don't forget to fill out your return/exchange form before sending to:

GIFTS

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@toniadebellis.com.

STORE CREDIT

  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
